At HumanSmart Group, we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data from our platform.
What Data Can Be Deleted
You have the right to request deletion of:
- Personal profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Account credentials and settings
- Voice recordings and transcriptions
- Location data
- Contact information
- Communication history and messages
- AI-generated content and recommendations
- Usage analytics and behavioral data
Important Notes
Please be aware that:
- Business transaction records (policies, commissions) may be retained for legal and regulatory compliance
- Data deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed
- You will lose access to your account and all associated data
- Deletion requests are processed within 30 days
- Some data may be retained in backup systems for up to 90 days
How to Request Data Deletion
Method 1: In-App Request
- Log in to your HumanSmart account
- Go to Settings → Privacy & Security
- Select "Delete My Account"
- Confirm your identity
- Submit your deletion request
Method 2: Email Request
Send an email to 3368327@qq.com with:
- Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your full name
- Registered email address
- Account ID or agent code
- Reason for deletion (optional)
Method 3: Written Request
Mail a written request to:

Verification Process
To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing deletion requests:
- We may ask for additional identification documents
- You may need to log in to your account to confirm the request
- We will send a confirmation email before proceeding with deletion
Timeline
- Acknowledgment: Within 2 business days
- Identity Verification: 3-5 business days
- Data Deletion: Within 30 days of verification
- Confirmation: You will receive a final confirmation email
Partial Data Deletion
If you wish to delete specific types of data without closing your account, please specify in your request which data you want removed. Available options include:
- Voice recordings only
- Location history
- Communication history
- AI-generated content
Data Retained for Legal Compliance
Certain data may be retained even after deletion due to legal requirements:
- Transaction records (7 years for tax purposes)
- Fraud prevention data
- Regulatory compliance records
- Legal dispute documentation
Third-Party Data
We will also request deletion of your data from our third-party service providers, including:
- Cloud storage providers
- Analytics services
- Email service providers
- AI processing services (OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI)
